"It is an honor and my pleasure to write this letter of reference to one of my instructors, Professor Sue Minkel. I came to know her in spring 2013 as my instructor in Alteration in Health II /NRS 121 and Concept of Mental Health Nursing /NRS 122. She also taught me Endocrinology in Alteration in Health III/NRS 220 in spring 2014. After my graduation from Mercer County Community College in Nursing in spring 2015, I certainly chose her as my mentor for NCLEX Prep in which of course I became successful on the very first time. She has a unique teaching approach with excellent interpersonal skills. She presents hard to understand concepts in a simple, clear and coherent manner. She can identify areas we should improve on by devising strategies that can make us successful at passing the NCLEX the very first time. She willingly and diligently put time and effort above what was expected for our success.
