I would just like to take a moment and thank you once again for everything that you have done this semester for me.  I am very grateful that you took time from your hectic schedule to have my evaluation changed.  When I first read it I was very upset and surprised.   The fact that you listened to me and believed in me meant more than you will ever know.   You really showed me that you cared and believed in me as a student and future nurse.  Not only are you constantly there to help but also to listen to any issues that I may have.  The fact that you are literally available whenever I needed you showed a lot about your character as a professor.  I feel that you are there to help all the students because you truly care.  I don't think you have any idea what you have done to my self-esteem as a student nurse.  My anxiety is not nearly as bad as it once was because you took the time to help me work through it.  I hope that future students are as lucky as I was to have you as their mentor.   Thanks again!
